If you are unable to find the information you need on our website and have not previously worked with the Office of Institutional Research (OIR) or are unsure whom to contact, please complete the data request form below.

Most data requests are completed within 2–3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the request. If you need your request completed sooner, please contact us at oir-inquiry@uic.edu to discuss your timeline.
